History

Macungie Animal Hospital was established in 2007 by Nancy Soares, VMD. Dr. Soares is a graduate of The University of Pennsylvania School Of Veterinary Medicine and holds a business certificate from The Wharton School of Business. Macungie Animal Hospital is an AAHA accredited and full-service small animal hospital that offers comprehensive medical and surgical services.

In 2013, the hospital was awarded the AAHA Accredited Practice of the Year award and has consistently been voted the “Best in the Valley” by the people of the Lehigh Valley. Our focus is education and promoting the human-animal bond. The care strategy at Macungie Animal Hospital is modeled after a mission to provide pets and their owners with quality affordable medical care with client service that goes beyond ordinary expectations.
