Confidentiality Policy:
You entrust us with your private information and we endeavor to uphold that trust. As a result, if you would like your pet’s medical information including vaccination records released to a third party, you will need to sign a release providing us permission to do so. Please check with your client service champion for help with this process.
Medications Policy:
When you purchase your pet’s medications from us, we are able to provide all of the manufacturer’s warranties. Therefore, if you have a problem with your heartworm preventative, flea/tick preventative or other medication, we can contact the manufacturer for you and obtain a refund or replacement product. Additionally, we know that the medication is exactly what the veterinarian is ordering, not a product being substituted by a pharmacist who has never seen your pet. Therefore, our first recommendation is that you purchase your medications through us.
We endeavor to keep our medication pricing competitive with other outlets including online pet pharmacies. Frequently, we are able to offer manufacturer coupons that additionally discount the cost of the medication. We invite you to compare the cost and quality of your pet’s preventative or treatment related medications. We offer the convenience of home delivery through our online partner pharmacy, VetSource (http://vetsource.com).
When you request a written prescription in order to fill your pet’s medications elsewhere, we ask that you sign our Pharmacy Waiver document that ensures that you are aware of all of the possible outcomes when having an individual who does not know your pet fill your pet’s medications.
