Roaming Client Care Team
While in our client service areas, you may see one of our feline customer care team members, Flynn, Susie or Buttons. They can be found resting on the sofa in the sun, participating in group activities, or helping the client service representatives work with customers.
Flynn Rider
Flynn Rider is the self-appointed FEO (Feline Executive Officer, of course!) of Macungie Animal Hospital. He can often be found chasing the sun from window to window in the reception area in his never-ending pursuit of the ultimate nap. When he’s not napping, you will likely find Flynn on the lap of one of our CSRs. You can bet he’s looking for treats and cuddles and not answering the phones!
